What is "Story Time"?

Hi there Sol Family. I want you to know how grateful I am for your presence. Instead of some crazy long post, I decided to write a quick blurb about what this particular portion of the blog will be about. I have a vision for this website to be a safe space for people. I want it to be uplifting and to guide people not only through the use of energy healing, but the sharing of stories. That is where this portion of the website comes in. 

I want this “Story Time” component to be so much more than a one-sided exchange. I want it to be interactive⎯⎯a space of storytelling from different perspectives— whether it is from myself, friends/family, or complete strangers. I want to hold space for people to share their stories through written words, videos, voice memos, whatever comes natural to you because there is 1) power in words and 2) hopefully you find something that resonates with your spirit and gives you the push, guidance, healing, or realization that you need in this moment.  If there are any questions you want answered, topics you want discussed, or if you would like to personally share your story please contact me via text or email. I would be more than happy to feature those willing to share in this space! I genuinely thank you guys for this moment in life!
